Neighborhood Restrictions

  • Holiday lights shall be limited from Thanksgiving Day through January 6th
  • No yard or garage sales
  • Real estate signage shall be restricted
  • Political signage shall be restricted
  • No recreational equipment in the front yard
  • Pools, Gazebos, Play structures, etc. shall be located in rear yards only
  • All ancillary structures shall be architecturally approved
  • No detached storage structures
  • All vehicles are encouraged to park in enclosed garages
  • No recreational vehicles or equipment shall be stored on site
