Purchased riverfront property from the City requiring environmental cleanup. The area was previously known as a dump site with geotech and environmental issues. Studies were conducted to investigate and verify the status of the land. After completing the cleanup of the site, the plan moved to develop a Seattle-style living experience of modern townhomes ranging from $400k to $550k and concluded with a $6.0 million dollar sellout. Nichia USA used this project as a case study.
