ABOUT US

HISTORY

Prior to its inception, the creators of JAMS + STARK were redefining the future of real estate developments in Metro Columbia. Since 2011, JAMS + STARK has had an acute understanding of craft building and modern living in the new urban era.

Times are changing, and our projects beautifully illustrate the evolving preferences for the way we live, work, and play here in the Columbia metro region. Browse through our portfolio for an inside look into our expansive residential and commercial offerings and opportunities.
